Concentrator of architecture, city and thought, the cycle of CentroCentro curated by Inés Caballero arrives to its last delivery with the sample City in process. On this occasion, the space of the fourth floor dedicated to architecture presents a reflection on the practices of development of spaces for culture that are taking place at this time in Madrid. You can visit from April 21 to September 10.

"In the context of the transformation process in which the city is located, these projects are expected to serve to create social ties, improve the public space and diversify the cultural offer", explains the curator Inés Caballero. "Thus, with this exhibition we want to show how, through both public and private initiatives, new uses are projected for existing buildings, spatial approaches are designed related to the programmatic and these new spaces are built."

The Concentrator of architecture series, city and thought can be followed through the digital platform www.concentrador.org that collects, connects and relates the contents of all samples of the project. Curated by Inés Caballero, it meets and gives visibility to contents, languages and hidden values on the architecture of the city of Madrid that exist in its historical archives, professional legacies, academic works, specialized publications and cultural catalogs. Since 2016 has presented the samples Emotional Architecture (photography and thought), Visible City (maps and technology) and Ciudad Decisiva (a reflection on the durability and uses of historic heritage buildings), closing the cycle with this exhibition.
