The APE Grupo Architecture Awards are open to architects, interior designers, designers, renovation designers, landscape architects, and multidisciplinary studios of any nationality. Submitted projects must be completed, constructed, and have significantly used ceramic materials from APE Grupo or its brands—APE, Carmen, XLINING, or Ilbagno.
This year's jury is chaired by the Barcelona-based studio Peris+Toral Arquitectes, recent winner of the RIBA International Prize 2024 and the CSCAE Spanish Architecture Prize. They are joined by architect and editor Fernando Márquez Cecilia, co-founder of El Croquis, and architect Susana Babiloni, president of the Territorial Association of Architects of Castellón.
This third edition of the awards opens the door to new construction projects, renovations, or renovations, as well as specific spaces as long as they are part of a built complex. Temporary installations are also accepted.

A contemporary perspective on habitat
This award is part of APE Grupo's commitment to contemporary architecture and the evolution of inhabited spaces. The company also promotes initiatives such as Ágora, a series of lectures that have featured figures such as Emilio Tuñón, Iñaki Ábalos, Patxi Mangado, Benedetta Tagliabue, and Rafael de la Hoz, among others.
Furthermore, it has just presented the fifth edition of the study "The New Habitat 26-27: How the Spaces We Inhabit Are Changing," an annual trends report that reflects a clear shift in priorities toward well-being, sustainability, and the resilience of spaces, and has established itself as a reference tool for designers and architects.
